Featuring a larger 53mm printhead, this great-value, high performance thermal transfer overprinter is perfect for printing larger barcodes and variable data onto flexible packaging film.
It prints in both Intermittent and Continuous mode for maximum flexibility. Ribbon save is also built-in as standard, to maximise time between ribbon changes and minimise downtime, keeping your line running for longer.
Its also quick and easy to change ribbons when required, thanks to the innovative quick change ribbon cassette that gives you clear access to change ribbons and to clean the coder between ribbon changes with ease. It also takes a longer 500m ribbon for longer between ribbon changes.
Available in left hand or right hand configurations, and suitable for mounting in any orientation, it will slot into existing installations with ease.

An affordable, feature rich solution for printing date, time and batch numbers, logos and barcodes in real-time on all types of flexible packaging film where larger print widths are required, capable of print speeds up to an impressive 300 products per minute. The software enables you to switch between intermittent and continuous operation for use with a label applicator, vertical or horizontal form fill and seal machine, tray sealer or thermo-former.
Digital technology delivers clean, crisp codes every time, with no manual adjustment required. For packaging that incorporates resealable zippers or seals, its easy to raise the printhead by 0.5-4.5mm, and so easily code packaging whilst avoiding those seals for straight forward, hassle free printing.
Its also offers superb accuracy, with a print gap that is accurate to the nearest 0.1mm and features an innovative quick-change head mechanism to keep downtime to a minimum. By simply inserting a screwdriver to turn and release the printhead, the printhead can be replaced quickly and easily. A simple and quick solution to a part requiring regular access!
Its compact dimensions make this unit an ideal slot-in replacement for all leading brands of coder on the market.
