This will increase the life of your main filter. Exposing your main filter to really high levels of contamination will shorten their lifespan considerably, and are quite costly to replace too often.
This additional pocket filter takes the 99.997% filtration efficiency rate for these air extractors and improves this further, so is absolutely money well spent. Prolongs the life of your equipment whilst also improving its performance.
