Our range of Thermal Transfer Overprinters (TTO) can print real-time and variable data, machine-readable codes and barcodes onto flexible packaging film and labels.
The industry standard for these is 32mm…But don’t be fooled into spending more than you need. We have in our range a budget-friendly 24mm version that is even more affordable when first purchased and also throughout its life with more affordable 24mm heads. It might only be 24mm wide, but actually this still covers 95% of all printing applications!
Compact in size, our range of high-performance Thermal Transfer Overprinters make ideal slot-in replacements for your existing TTO. We’ve been manufacturing coders for over 25 years and are constantly evolving and refining our products. Operational efficiency is built into all our products, with a best-in-class 0.1mm print gap as well as economy ribbon-saving modes for optimum use out of your ribbon (and to increase the time between ribbon changes of course!). You can also change printheads quickly and easily with our innovative quick release system…A simple but great solution for a part that requires regular access…and a GUARANTEED time saver!
